BSA Eagle Project: Forest Hill Park

I am trying to fund my Boy Scout Eagle Project. My project is to add landscaping around the Warming Hut in Forest Hill Park (Richmond, Virginia). We will use only plants native to Virginia. The funds raised will be used to buy Itea (6 bushes), Viburnum (3 bushes, if funds allow), Creeping Phlox and Blue-Eyed Grass groundcover (as much as funds allow), dirt (5 cubic yards) and mulch (30 bags). These additions will drastically improve the appearance of both the Warming Hut and the park for visitors both human and animal.
