Bruno needs eye surgery

Bruno has bern at my kennel for one year now since I found walking down Orange Ave abandoned. Paws for Recovery has been helping me find him a well deserved home. One problem he needs eye surgery for inverted eyelashes. Please help Bruno get his surgery so he can go to a loving home. Thank you!
