Brothers Sammer & McClure

Our Delta Eta Sigma Chi (UCLA) Brothers Kevin McClure and Mike "Sammer" Samuelson were men of extraordinary character who lived exemplary lives.  Although their time with us was far too short, they are remembered for all the smiles they put on faces, all the love they shared, and how they made everyone around them better. 

The funds raised on this page go exclusively to the college funds of their children (Kendrick McClure and Shelby and Sabrina Samuelson).   This has become an annual event.  It is special.  It reminds us of our Brotherhood.  It reminds us how lucky we are.  It reminds us of our Brothers.  No doubt they would have done the same for us.  

We love you, Kevin and Sammer.  We have your back.  In Hoc.

For the purposes of GoFundMe:  I am in San Antonio, Texas.  I'm from Newbury Park, California.  I went to UCLA with Kevin and Mike, where we were in the same fraternity.  Almost every donor on this annual fundraiser is also a Sigma Chi from UCLA.  The funds are split evenly between the McClure and Samuelson families and are sent to be deposited in their childrens' established 529 college funds.  We have been doing this for five years and previously used a different fundraising site.  I withdraw the funds and send them to the families.
