Bringing Tanya and Ksenya Home
On May 29, 2008 my ex-wife came to pick up our daughters for her visitation weekend. I put my 4 & 6 year old daughters in the car and with the oldest crying that she didn't want to go and I told them I would see them on Sunday. When Sunday came I found out that their mother had kidnapped them and took them to Russia. I have had no real communication with them since. On June 7, 2013 I received a call from the US Embassy in Moscow letting me know that their mother has died from cancer. Now I find out that I have legal custody of the girls in Russia (I've had full custody in the USA the whole time) and that they will be placed in an orphanage in less than a month. We are asking for donations and prayers along with any other help that can be given that will allow me to go and pick up my daughters. We need roundtrip airfare for myself and one way for my daughters coming back. I am not sure of what other expenses may occur because I don't know how long I may have to stay in Russia or what legal expenses I may have. Thank you all for your help in bringing these girls home to a loving family.
The mother did not have access to the girls passports, birth certificates, or any other legal documents. There was a court order for Royce to have all of these documents because they believed she could, at any time, take the girls. However, seeing as how she was their mother, she apparently didn't have trouble replacing the passports, birth certificates, etc but we still to this day do not know exactly how she was able to get them out of the country. We are also aware that for international flights with children you have to have a letter from the other parent stating you have their permission to take the children out of the country....apparently they don't look into this very well because Royce most certainly did not give her permission. It is clear to us that if someone wants to do something bad enough, they figure out a way. I hope this clears up any confusion you may have. Please let us know if you have any other questions. You are always welcome to e-mail Royce at email@example.com or call him at 972-821-2738. Thanks so much for your support and keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thanks so much for everyone's prayers and support!

Best wishes tomorrow! God is with you and has heard your prayers. Our prayers are with you!!
I don't know if they will work with you because we had to have proof of non profit from our adoption agency but we got way less expensive last minute air tickets from golden rule travel and were able to buy our son a one way ticket. They specialize in missionary travel . www.goldenruletravel.com (800) 950-3273
I am curious as to why the mother, who did not have custody of the girls (which is rare so must have been a bad situation), would have access to the girls passports?
Happy Father's Day!!!! I am donating in honor of my dad today!!!!
Many people who have already donated or not have spoken to Royce.
Has anyone spoken personally to Royce?
Praying for you all, that you reunite safely and swiftly. Godspeed....
