Help me save my Daughters!!

I need help to apply for EMERGENCY CUSTODY of my two daughters before their mother runs off to another state again. My Daughters Danalya (8), and Akili (4) have been bouncing around from state to state in homeless shelters with their mother. I recently found out when she left Dallas Texas to allegedly be "a family" with me. We spent Thanksgiving and Christ
mas together then their mother suddenly had no interest in being around any longer. I found out that child protective services were looking for her in Texas, and she sent them on a wild goose chase in Wisconsin while she fled here to North Carolina. She recently left my home and went to a shelter after getting upset with me looking out for the best interest of my children. The longer I wait, the possibility increases that my daughters mother will leave the state and I may never see my daughters again.I am trying to get a modified order for my oldest daughter, and emergency custody of my youngest. The sooner I act the greater my chances are of keeping my daughters here. Below is a breakdown of all the fees that I need to have these services rendered ASAP. 1. Fees to file for permanent and emergency custody - $200.00
2. Serving the Mother by publication - $200.
3. Transfer my oldest daughters case transferred from Michigan - $150.
4. Modify custody case from Michigan when it gets to NC - $150.

She has bounced from state to state. So far I know she has been to these states in the past four years since she last came to visit me here in North Carolina four years ago: Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin, back to Michigan, Arkansas, Texas, now North Carolina.
My babies need Structure, Love, and Stability. I am here to give them the life they need. Please help me save my children!
