HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE for dad

Hello All! As you know my dad suffered a massive stroke here in Chicago at the end of February 2016. Since then we have been moved around from Hospital, to specialty hospital and now to nursing facility. I have been able to be by his bed side for 53 days now by the Grace of God. With the help of friends & family coming to visit & sending care packages I have been able to stay strong from day to day.  Since most of our family lives in Louisville Kentucky & I live in Atlanta being here in Illinois has definitely had it's hardships. I sleep here at the hospital with my dad & have been doing so for about two months. My goal is to maybe be here another month to see how he progresses and then have him transported to Louisville Kentucky. The Transport company explained to me that Medicaid/ Medicare normally doesn't cover this type of Flight or Ambulance transport. The cost is anywhere from 5 to 12k. This is where I need your help. We have about 2k saved so far but will need much more than that to get him moved. If he is still bed ridden the costs are going to be on the higher end. Please donate whatever you can so I can have some assistance with taking care of my father & getting him to a space where he can have the most support & care. This has been very difficult but GOD is getting us through it day to day.  We will be thankful for any contribution you can make. We love you ALL very much! & Thanks to you all he's home. Now we are working on a handicap accesible vehicle to get dad around to doctor appointments ect.
