Help Bailey bring her Linley home

Let's help Bailey Spurlock bring her daughter Linley home where she belongs. Bailey Spurlock is in desperate need of hiring a lawyer and due to not having the funds to hire one and due to Legal Aid denying her the help she needs, by telling her that her case was not an emergency, so let's step up and help her get the money she will need to hire herself a lawyer.
Bailey was in a low place in her life financially and needed help with Linley until she could get back on her feet and so she did what she thought would be the right thing to do for her daughter and that was to ask Linleys father for help with Linley until she could get back on her feet.
Linleys dad agreed to help Bailey out with their daughter so they made an agreement that Linley would live with him for 6 months and then when school was out Linley would return home to her mother where she belongs.
When it came time for Linley to return home to Bailey, Linleys father refused to do so and had Bailey Spurlock served with custody papers and a restraining order on her. Bailey had to be in court with in a week and without any warning Bailey Spurlock had no means or time to hire a lawyer due to such short notice.
Bailey has raised Linley for 5 years all alone and for the father to take advantage of her in her time of need and help to support for their daughter and for him to rip Linley out from under her mothers wing's and from the only person Linley has known since she was born, is not a father in my book and one that is thinking of his child or her needs for her mother.
Linley doesn't understand why she can't go home with her mother who she has been with for the last 5 years and the person that would take care of her when she was sick or hurt. Linley is confused and cries to her mommy and wants to go home, so let's help Bailey hire herself a lawyer and bring Linley home where she belongs.
