Bring Johannes and Elizabeth home to the Mansion

Please help the Knickerbocker Historical Society bring Johannes and Elizabeth Knickerbacker home to the Knickerbocker Mansion in Schaghticoke, NY. The 1805 pastel portrait, by Gerrit Schipper, of the couple who built the mansion circa 1780, was to be auctioned out of the family for the first time ever. An agreement has been reached to keep that from happening, but we need  your financial help to make it a reality.
