Brian Patelski

Brian was recently diagnosed with ALS  (AMYOTHROPHIC LATERAL SCLEROSIS).   ALS is often called Lou Gehrig's disease, after the famous baseball player who was diagnosed with it.  This disease is a progressive nervous system disease that destroys nerve cells and causes disability. 

THERE IS NO CURE.  Treatment of ALS costs around $250,000 per year.  Brian, April and their children appreciate your support as your donation will help to ease their financial burden during this difficult time.
