First off thank you to everyone who sent prayers and positive thoughts during this hard time for our family.
Brian Miyake is a Vietnam War veteran, a loving father, husband, and grandfather. As of 5/16/18 he has been admitted to medical ICU for difficult breathing and as a family we were told to spend as much time with him as they say there is nothing more they can do.
Many of you may know my mom or seen her at the restaurant working. She doesn’t ever ask for help and isn’t asking now. But, she hasn’t been to work for the past week and more coming due to the obvious reasons of spending as much time with her husband as well as the rest of family has been out of work as well for the same reasons.
As the bills are starting to come in along with the medical bills for our fathers stay at the hospital this is adding more stress to her and we would like to help by easing that stress by asking for any help to cover his medical bills as we also have to provide hospice care to him until his passing as the icu states they can’t hold him here any longer as they said he is holding on.
Our other option they offered is we can take him home and care for him our selves. But as you can see in the picture he is so relaxed and peaceful as he’s been in the past month and would like to keep him at peace until he is called by the angels.
We really appreicate any help, prayers, and positive thoughts. Our father also appreciates it as I was talking to him and telling him all the prayers he received on instagram and Facebook from everyone, some who have never met him. As I told him he sorta moved his mouth acknowledging he is thankful even though he is in a sleepy state.
