If President Trump passes (a) Mental Examination(s)-
like the one I have filed in the United States Court of Appeals for The 6th Circuit (Docketed Case No. : 18-6341, Robert Phillips v. Donald Trump), America must find President Trump to be able to lead America and The United States Department of Defense in the way(s) he deems appropriate. If he makes an Open Court confession of Treason, is Impeached by United States Congress, departs The Office on his own accord, or is found to be a threat to himself and/or others, then Our Constitution allows for Vice President Pence to become The President of The United States as well as the new and fully effective Commander-in-Chief.
Funds raised though this GoFundMe campaign will first be used to pay legal costs. Any remaining funds will be spent on moving me and America into greener pastures.
