This program is the first of its kind in Philadelphia, a fully equipped state of the art equipment in a creative environment workspace for the community of Philadelphia. 

August 1, 2019 Boys to Bosses Corp. will be moving into a two thousand square feet of open industrial space on Parkside Philadelphia the empowerment zone industrial park.

In this space we will set with industrial machines postion for training and apparel development.

The training program will start in September and end in June annually with the focus on 50 male high school students with passing grades from Philadelphia public and private schools.

This three year training course  will be at no cost to Philadelphia High School Students 
Students will come for 4 hours per day.
Five group 10 students per day, a total of 50 students in week.

Understanding machines
Understanding Hand sewing 
Understanding Custom Clothing
Constructing Pockets 
Constructing Zippers
Constructing Jeans

Year Three Course:
Constructing Dress Pant
Constructing Vest
Construction Shirt
Construction Suit Coat
Construction Topcoat 

Current Equipment for Workspace Training:
Industrial Single Needle Machines
Blind stitch Machines
Bar-Tack Machines
Marrow Machines
Cover-Stitch Machines
Garment Pressing Stations
Pattern Making Stations
Silkscreen Stations
Embroidery Stations
Fabrics and label Design Stations
Fabrics Spreading and Cutting Tables


After Completing all courses: Job placement at Boys to Bosses Apparel Company as a Design / Tailor assistant sale rep shop production staff. 
Measure customers and process orders plus help with construction of the order
Salary: $20 to $25 per hour plus 10% commission from each orders 

The funding for program will be raised from special events and donations from our Gofundme.com Boys to Bosses account
Our budget for a one year school semester $50 thousand for 50 students

The budget will cover the following items:
Student uniform: 3pc custom fit suit, shirt along with tie and shoes (cost $1,000.00 per student)
Tools set and training fabrics (cost $500)
Lunch and Dinner ( cost $600)
Field Trips (cost $500)

Fundraising Tools & Projects:
2 fashion and art shows
10% of all online store sales  
10% of all workshops seminars 
Industry Movie Night
Special Fashion Events
Cross Marketing Sponsors
10% of all customers garment alterations
10% of all custom clothing orders
