Bolt was found tired & emaciated on a neighbor's porch on Sept 14 and has been living there ever since. Despite much searching and posting, his owners have not turned up.
Elkins Park & WAGS rescue has been working to get this resilient and happy dog "off the porch" and find a new life as someone's special guy. But first, Bolt needs the BIG SNIP.
The BIG SNIP is Bolt's final hurdle before starting a new life. Your donation will go directly to Hamilton Animal Hospital to pay for the procedure and Bolt's stay while he recovers. The vet said that Bolt has made great strides in the past two weeks - he is doing his part, let's help him succeed. It's getting cold out. Please help Bolt get the BIG SNIP as soon as possible.
