Bocuse d'Or Team Australia

Donation protected
Australia is one of 24 countries selected to compete in the Grand Finale of the world's most prestigious cooking competition, the Bocuse d'Or.

Held every two years in Lyon, France, the competition was established over 30 years ago by the iconic chef Paul Bocuse. It is often called the culinary equivalent of the Olympic Games, with thousands of spectators and extensive media coverage around the world - check out the video above for just a taste!

Our 2019 candidate Michael Cole – assisted by commis Laura Skvor, coach Scott Pickett, and Australia's Bocuse d'Or President Tom Milligan – is travelling to Lyon in France to compete this January.

To have the best possible chance of success, Michael is now training as hard as any Olympic athlete, and he needs your help.

Team Australia urgently needs funds  to buy ingredients and equipment needed for training and competing, as well as pay entry fees and travelling expenses. Any amount you are able to give will be gratefully received and put to use for the benefit of the team as they represent our country in this elite event.
