Meet Talia. Mother of two, small business owner, dance teacher, river guide, future cancer survivor.

Mama...
Watching Talia so calmly navigate and balance working full time, being married to a firefighter with an erratic work schedule, and being a dedicated mother is nothing short of incredible. Her love of her family and ability as a mother is apparent when you meet her oldest son Jack (3). He is confident, kind, humble, polite, and incredibly affectionate. All of the characteristics and values that his mama instills in him. She is so proud of the little boy he is becoming, and can't wait to get Luke home from the NICU to watch him grow. This is of course no surprise to those who surround Talia.

Live, Love, Dance...
Born and raised in Orange County, Talia discovered dance at the age of 3. Talia's family has owned and operated South Coast Performing Arts in Tustin for almost 13 years. Choreographing, teaching, and directing the competitive dance programs were a perfect fit for Talia. Her infectious energy, and unwavering positivity transfers to her dancers with ease. She lights up when talking about all of her kiddos who she holds so near and dear to her heart. She is proud when her dancers improve technically, but takes tremendous pride in watching them develop into outstanding young men and women with character, kindness, and value. Over thirteen years, she has touched countless lives of dancers, families, and faculty.

Rafting is a family affair...
Talia paddled on her first rafting trip when she was 14 years old. She became a river guide for Kings River Expeditions when she turned 21. Working alongside her Dad and sister, Kings River Expeditions became a special place. It was here while spending their summers as guides she met her husband Shane. After 18 years of river seasons Kings River Expeditions, and the Kings Canyon have become family and a home away from home for Talia and Shane. Jack has already attended a few days of guide school and in 15 years is set to become a third generation river guide.

The Journey...
Talia currently finds herself on an arduous journey. She was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer while pregnant with her second baby. After rapid progression of the cancer, an emergency c-section was performed at 27 weeks and the the world met Luke Bradley. She has begun aggressive chemotherapy treatment and recently returned home from a 20 day hospital stay at Cedars Sinai. Anyone who has met Talia knows of her passion and zest for life, and her unwavering love and loyalty to her friends and family. Talia loves so much and is loved by so many. It is her passion, love, and the support the Bradleys have received that will see her through this journey... Oh the story she will have to tell, maybe over the campfire on the banks of the Kings River.
