Diesel's surgery

Hi guys! I am Diesel, a one year old English bulldog, I got very sick yesterday and started peeing blood so my parents rushed me to the ER, they found little bladder stones so I went to my regular vet this morning and when they tried to get a urine sample they could not get the catheter in because a stone was blocking my urethra, the doctor flushed them back into my bladder until I can get my surgery which has an estimated cost of around 3,600. My parents are not irresponsible and I do have insurance but they did max out credit card just at the ER and diagnostic today. If I don't get the surgery soon my uretha can get blocked again and my bladder could burst. My parents just need help with a portion of the cost as they will be reimbursed 80% of the cost of insurance covers it all... They have to pay up front though and that's the hard part. They are trying to get loans and do whatever to pay for my surgery, if anyone could help we do have the estimate we can show as proof and we could pay back once we are reimbursed.
