Logan gets his badges back!

Logan has Down Syndrome & autism & is 15.  He has been earning merit badges - adapted to his disabilities by his local leaders. But when National got envolved for his Eagle project, they denied all of his merit badges and stripped him of any rank in the BSA because the BSA state that ALL requirements for a merit badge MUST be met in full.
