BLACKOUT Goes To Amsterdam

We are excited to announce that BLACKOUT has been selected to perform at IMPRO Amsterdam January 2017! This is one improv festival that we are honored to be a part of.
BLACKOUT is the ONLY all black comedy group in the Twin Cities. And we've been asked to entertain the Netherlands! THE NETHERLANDS. We have been featured in local and national publications such as "The Spokesman Recorder" "Pioneer Press" "Art Hounds" and "NPR". We have also performed for Middle schools and High Schools, Colleges, Canadians (Toronto Improv Festival), and created workshops for Social Justice organizations.
It will be an opportunity to showcase ourselves, learn from international improvisors, and hopefully make some connections that will put Minneapolis/Saint Paul on the map.
We need financial help. Your generous donation would help us with airfare and lodging.
Blackout's vision is to inspire our audiences to challenge their own ideas. We have a hilarious and unique perspective that isn't afraid of tackling tough issues. We recognize that this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase talented BLACK improvisers in a time where there isn't much BLACK improvisers representated on improv stages.
