Black Flag Bar Belles Fundraiser

Black Flag Barbell Club will be hosting it's first ladies only powerlifting competition on May 27th! We will be supporting The Sanctuary, a shelter helping women in need in the Hills.

The Sanctuary is a crisis shelter in Castle Hill for women, and their children, who are fleeing domestic violence. The Sanctuary has a client centred approach to collaborative case management. They have a manager plus case workers and is staffed 24/7. They also have a child focused worker specialising in childhood trauma and it’s effects.

This competition is all about strong women - both on the platform and off. It takes a lot of strength and courage to step onto the platform, just as it does to reach out and ask for help in a time of need. So come on down and lift some weights, meet other women who share your passion, and show your support for those who need some strong women in their corner!

PLEASE NOTE that the entry fee is required to secure your place in the competition and there are NO refunds. We also welcome additional donations from those who do not wish to compete! All entries and money raised will be donated to The Sanctuary in Castle Hill.
