Justin Bennett Fund

It's official! He's on the list!  Justin has officially been added to the liver transplant list - and he's at the top!  This may be new information to many of you, but long awaited for his family.  A brief description of his condition is non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver.  Currently, his doctors have no explanation for the cause, but he has reached the point which he will not survive without a new liver.  
Most of you know Justin very well and know what a loving father and husband he is and what a generous, funny and hardworking man he is.  If you don't know him your children know his three children through school and sports or you know his wife Lindsay though our community and all of the time and work she put into raising funds for St. Nicholas school.  Now it's our turn to raise money for them.  
As you can imagine the cost of a liver transplant is almost unimaginable.  They have some health insurance, but it won't cover the cost of the whole procedure with follow up and medications etc...etc... Not to mention the cost of raising a family, from rent, bills and food when you are unable to work.  
So how much do you ask for from friends and community?  Right now $30,000 is a starting point.  Whatever is raised is so appreciated and if the goal is surpassed - even better!  Any amount you can donate will help in every aspect of his journey from surgery, to recovery and helping to support his wife and children along the way.  So look to your heart about donating and help get the word out!
