Birthday and a place to rent

Hi everyone
My name is Josh and today is my first time using "go fund me". I heard about the site on both social and mainstream media, reading some to the amazing stories and learning about the compassion of others I thought that I might try to raise some money for my sister.
My sister Ashley and I come from a difficult and complicated upbringing where homelessness and instability is common. Ashley is currently homeless and currently coach surfs, has slept on the street or at present is sleeping on the floor in the bedroom of our Grandmother's house.
In January 2017 it will be my sister's 25th birthday and to help her I wanted to ask whoever is reading this if you would consider donating a small sum of money to contribute to buying my sister a gift and helping her fund bond and a few weeks rent to assist her in finding a stable place to call home.
I would ask my family to help but majority of the family are on welfare and do not take an interest in my sister's hardship. I too would like to help but I am also sleeping on the floor on the floor in one of the bedrooms of my Grandmother's home and don't have the tools available to me to help accommodate my sister.
