Lisette underwent extensive surgery on her throat in December, which has impacted her ability to work and her daily life. There were a number of post-surgical complications, for which she is currently being treated.

The insurance company isn't cutting it when it comes to her mounting medical bills. And since she is unable to work right now, her personal finances are strained to the breaking point.
