Bile Duct Cancer Warrior

We took Diane to the hospital on June 11th thinking that she was having gallstones and would need to have her gallbladder removed. After running multiple tests and biopsies she was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma (Bile Duct Cancer) that has Metastasized to the liver, lower spine, lungs and right femur. We were all shocked and devastated for we were not sure what was going to happen from there. She met with her oncologist the next day and the oncologist looked her straight in the face and told her “you are young, healthy and strong! You can 100 percent beat this”. She has been given one of the strongest chemo regimens and because of this has had to get multiple transfusions (7 blood and 4 platelet). Has been hospitalized and has had some really rough days. No matter what is being thrown at her she is fighting right back. With her husband suddenly passing away almost 4 years ago and now with having to go out on disability funds are running low and all these medical bills are starting to pile up. She is not one to ever ask anyone for money or help for she has busted her ass to survive.
