Early this January, Fall Creek Valley Middle School lost our beloved Mrs. Teresa Brown to bile duct cancer.  Teresa was a light for many of our students and faculty.  She was a mentor, mother, servant, friend, counselor, loving soul to everyone she encountered.   Her spirit will continue to impact all the lives she touched forever

More information about Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation: Founded in 2006, the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) is the only non-profit in North America dedicated to finding a cure and improving the quality of life for those affected by bile duct cancer. More than 5,000 people are diagnosed with this hard-to-detect, difficult-to-treat, fatal type of cancer in the United States each year, and incidence is sharply increasing. Despite treatment, most people diagnosed with advanced bile duct cancer have less than a 10 percent chance of surviving five years.
