Bike Accident Fund for Nick

Late Monday night our dear friend Nick Wachtel was in a bike accident somewhere in Manhattan. He was brought to the ICU at Harlem Hospital and has been recovering here since. Details are unclear since Nick has been unable to speak. He is in critical yet stable condition, sedated with a broken jaw and is relying on a ventilator to breathe.

We know very little about the accident and are in contact with the NYPD to better understand what happened. We will update this page with more information as it we receive it.

As his situation develops we have taken the initiative to create a GoFundMe to help cover any expenses. This includes his medical bills, rent and all other costs that will be incurred. All funds will go directly towards his hospital bills and to his immediate family.
