Bosniak Islamic Center of Wylie

After two years of hard-work, strong faith, and dedication, the BIC of Wylie has reached a point that I believe has called for more help. Going from a wooden paneled building with no real foundation to a beautiful mosque, our community members have dedicated countless hourless and resources every week to provide a Bosnian cultural and Islamic religion center for the youth and community members in the DFW area. Unfortunately, our funds are becoming very low.

This center has put the needs of others before their own a countless number of times. When the floods occurred in Bosnia, our event to raise money to build our mosque changed to an event that raised money ($9,000) to send donations to help Bosnia. As we planned a soccer event to raise money for our low funds a month ago, our plans were again put on hold because of some unfortunate circumstances in our community.

Even a $5 donation from any person, regardless of religion or ethnicity, would be forever appreciated. New members are always welcomed as well, and we call everyone to join us on Sunday afternoons for coffee and socializing. If anyone has questions, feel free to message me.
