Sottong Recovery Fund

On November 9th a good friend in our writing community, Stephen Sottong, was stabbed in the neck in a Co-op parking lot--a random act of violence. He is expected to recover, but will have a lot of down time while he continues to heal.
If you're reading this, then you've heard the news and would like to help in some way. The writers of WOTF volume 29 (an anthology in which Stephen was published) and other writing colleagues have decided to create this space as a way to collect money for the following:
A $100 gift certificate to Amazon.
A gift certificate for house cleaning in his local area.
Money left over will go toward a general medical fund for Stephen to help offset the cost of recovery.
UPDATE: Stephen and those overseeing his care are extremely grateful for the money raised so far. We now have a new goal to fly one of his family members to Northern CA to be with him during recovery. He will need a lot of physical therapy and in-home help. The amount raised will also go toward her flight, food, and other incidentials that are related to Stephen's recovery.
