Help save my dogs leg

On October 5th 2019 my dog Logan got hit by a truck and the driver took off he was dragged under the car a good fifty feet we rushed him to SOVSC. Where he was examined and they said that he had a small puncture wound on his left upper lip, road rash on the side of his back leg and his front left leg sustained two Serious fractures. One is a fractured radius and the other is a fractured ulna both on his left "forarm" they wanted to do the surgery that night but due to Financial limitations we were not able to.They placed a temporary splint on it to try and keep it stabilized. That way he's not in as much pain while we try to get him into surgery. I have called every Veterinary Clinic and Hospital from Medford to Grants Pass and Ashland. The ones that have seid yes to the surgery said they need the whole payment up front at the time of the surgery. I have applied for Care Credit already and I did get approved but that covered his emergency medical bill, not his surgery. I've had him since he was 6 weeks old ,he's a husky. He's now two years old I work from home so I spend all day every day with him. He's my best friend, he's like my son. He cries out in pain every time he tries to move and it kills me that I can't help him by myself. He's so playful and energetic. He loves the water. He loves the coast he loves to jump up and paw at you. He loves to go on rides with the skateboard. he has such a personality on him and he really needs help. He can't keep the splint on for too long and he only has a week worth of pain medication. He needs surgery I don't know what else to do anything helps please prayers donations anythang please help me save my baby's leg and get him back to his old self he dident deserve this...
