The BEtter. app: The World United Once More

Every little bit helps us become a world united once more. Please take the $5 challenge. Donate $5 for yourself and $5 on behalf of someone else. My mission is to better society by focusing on each other through gratitude and generosity. 

In general, the world today is very negative and isolating. And we, as a society, have forgotten about the little things that make a difference in someone's life. Small actions, like holding the door open for someone we don't even know or allowing space in traffic for a car to get out, can change our whole perspective. One person shows gratitude with a thank you. The other person recognizes how the gratitude made them feel. One small deed has shifted isolation to a positive interaction. In just 1 second. 

When we can create millions of mini positive interactions, we begin to shift the focus away from ourselves. We start to look for more ways to help. Negative energy becomes positive energy. When we do that, we all succeed - no matter the gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or financial status. 


The BEtter. app is what will be the driving force behind this change. This is why I need your help. I truly want the world to start noticing all of the ways that we can interact in a positive, helpful way.

We've designed BEtter. around four primary pillars:
- Ease of tracking how you've helped someone
- Notifications and reminders to look for other people who could use your help
- Connecting people who would normally never interact with one another
- A point and badge system to motivate forming habits

My team and I already have the designs done. We have the programmers ready to begin. And we have the phases mapped out and ready to be launched. This will be a free app because we want it in the hands of as many people as possible. My company, Emblem Inc. will be pushing this out as the marketing team, but financially we could use your help to get it off the ground.

We have 4 Phases that are designed at this time. But my dream is to fully fund the entirety of Phase 1 through a grassroots effort. BEtter. is for all of us. It's a way to start interacting again. It's a way to change the negativity bombarding us into much greater value: gratitude and generosity. 

The idea may have started with my team and me, but you are as much a part of this as I am. The more people who stand behind a platform of positive change, the faster we can create a movement that will impact millions.
