Join Me On This Journey

Over 3 years ago, I decided to answer God's call to the ministryin the wake of family tragedy.  As part of my education, I have begun working more directly in the ministry.  Attending seminary is a challenging and rewarding journey that requires many sacrifices on the part of family, friends, and the seminarian.   This campaign is not simply about a seminarian seeking to cover some costs and feel more materially secure, it is about finding the means to empower a ministry and fulfill a duty to God's church.  Your contribution will be used in the following ways: -to assist with the costs of travel, supplies, and technology related to seminary education -to offer an opportunity to attend learning events and conferences not traditionally covered by financial aid and student funding -to fund resources and tools needed to gain knowledge of issues and reach out to communities in the Spirit of awakening, awareness, and action -to fund the work of ministering to those in need and those on the margins of society -to empower a ministry that is dedicated to issues like ending domestic violence, reaching out to and reconciling the LGBT community and other marginalized groups -to encourage and enhance the work of a ministry dedicated to social justice and church inclusion -to invest in new ministry aimed at teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ  in a way that speaks to the issues and the people of our time -to give voice to a faith-centered sense of justice, reconciliation, and empowerment for ALL of God's people I have been truly blessed by God's call to service and humbled by the love and support I have received from so many people.  Please join me on this strange and wonderful journey.
