I have created this go fund me page to help my friend Becca raise funds to help pay for the funeral of her beautiful baby girl who passed away suddenly. Here is a message from Becca below:
My beautiful baby girl Bella sadly passed away on the 6th April 2019 at 5:37 am at the age of 3years old.
she had a tummy ache on the Wednesday evening and then started being sick through the early hours of Thursday morning I took her to the doctors on Thursday afternoon she was rushed to hospital querying sepsis as her eyes started swelling there was meant to be a doctor waiting for us when we got there but a nurse looked at her and said she looked fine (she wasn’t at all) we waited an hour to see a doctor by this time she was so sleepy and out of it we didn’t get up to the ward till midnight that night she was given 3 lots of different antibiotics through the vein 1 for sepsis and 2 others for a broad range of infection all of Friday she was just out of it couldn’t move or walk or nothing me and her dad kept telling them she’s not right you need to do some thing and help her. They kept delaying her tummy ultrasound because that’s what was hurting her every time they touched her tummy she groaned because that’s all she could do but they kept saying no we I’ll do it tomorrow but tomorrow never came and that Friday night she started to deteriorate you could see her heart beat out of her chest me and her dad where telling the nurses but all they kept saying was we will keep an eye on her well that never happened as there was meant to be 24/7 watch over her as she was severely unwell I wake up at 2 in the morning to her saying juice that’s all she said so I gave her a tiny bit of juice as that’s all she was allowed there was no nurses in the room I fell back to sleep with bella in my arms she put her arm around me at about 3 in the morning and took her last breath I jumped up and shook her to try and wake her up but she never did nurses finally ran in the room and dragged me out while they put tubes down her throat doctors ran in the room and tried to bring my baby back for an hour they tried but Bella never came once I watched the doctors pump her chest so many times but my baby was already dead before anyone came in the room. That’s the worst night of my life her 3 other siblings are lost and don’t no what to do with out their sister. I don’t no how to carry on knowing my baby shouldn’t have died. I’ve been told certain things should of been done but never did. I just want to give my beautiful baby girl the best send off she deserves. And I’m gona fight so hard for justice for my baby and to prevent this from happening to any other child.
