Beef Tenderloins for Super Bowl

My name is Jessica, I grew up in New England for a good portion of my life. Growing up, I always found comfort in food. Sometimes, I even dreamed about food. I am blessed to have never gone hungry in my life. There was always food on the table at home.

Food is surrounded by family, friends, special occasions, laughter, joy but most importantly, everlasting memories. Food is a part of me. This Sunday is a very special day for me. The patriots are playing the Super Bowl. However, that’s not exactly why it’s a special  occasion for me. It’s special because this is the time when everlasting memories are made, with beef tenderloin as the centerpiece of the table.
