ALSucks!!

My name is Becky Springer. I have ALS and it sucks! What first started as a muscle cramp has now turned into almost complete paralysis within a year and a half. I require 24 \ 7 care, and eventually specialized care. I could list a thousand ways ALS has impacted and changed my life and my family’s lives. I don’t have time to write a book on here but I will tell you it is physically, mentally, and emotionally crippling if you allow it to be. It affects most of the 650+ muscles in my body; including my torso that kept me balanced, my hands to pet my puppies, and my vocal cords to speak and sing off key with.  I am still me in this betrayed body. I have all of my senses and most important I have a loving family. I do not have a way of paying for this disease that keeps on taking. The financial burden is the rotten cherry on this crap sundae that is ALS. Please consider donating to help keep me alive and with quality of the time I have left.
