Beating Cancer with Derek

Anyone who knows Derek Singh knows that he is always smiling or laughing. He has an infectious spirit that translates into his love for cooking and hospitality. He has blessed hearts and stomachs since 2008 when he and his wife opened up Cruzin Cafe. It is ironic then, that he would receive the horrific news of a diagnosis of stomach cancer in 2017.
