Bear needs Heartworms Help

Bear was rescued by a group of students in Statesboro. There were only kill shelters near them so one of them, Meghan Revell brought him back to Atlanta while trying to find his owner but no success. Recently bear went to the vet and found out he has heartworms. He is been taken care of by Meghan but she doesn’t have the funds for his care. Any help would be great even a $1 or $5 anything to do to help this 10/10 good boy !!
