Help me to battle stage 4 cancer

I am a mom of 3 kids living in Boston suburb. I was active and healthy young lady with a great life. I worked as scientist. In March 2015, I fell sick due to jaundice and visited my primary care physician. He referred me to a gastrointestinal specialist who did endoscopy to find out what blocked my bile duct. I never imagined that a jaundice diagnosis is going to ruin my life: I was diagnosed with Cholagiocarcinoma, an aggressive form of cancer. Despite this havoc, I was not deterred. With my husband and family support, I remained strong and started looking for a cure of my cancer. I was advised to go for whipple procedure and went to world-renowned Dr. John Cameron at Johns Hopkins for this complicated surgery to remove 1 cm long tumor sittng at the ampula of vater. After couple of life threatening events of internal bleeding during and after whipple surgery, finally I survived and started my new life in the belief that I am cancer-free. It took almost 6 months to walk post-surgery. I lost my job in 2015. But taking care of kids, looking for a new job to help imrove my family's detoriated financial situation became priority in late 2015.
But destiny had some other plan. In a 6 month routine visit to my oncologist at Mass General Hospital, Boston in December 2015, I went for a routine MRI. After seeing the MRI report, my oncologist was serious and gave me a pessimistic look. The cancer already started to metastasize to liver which was a very bad prognosis. Subsequently I went for chemotherapy (gemci pus cisplatin) which unfortunately did not work. New tumor nodes after nodes started taking over my liver. After failed chemotherapy, doctors advised me to go for microwave ablations which I went through successfully three times. These ablations removed growing tumors and gave me hope. I was essentially free of cancer again by November 2016. I had to go for monthly scans to keep checking the metastatic growth of tumor. My family suffered a huge loss in these periods and we kept accumulating debts. But we all were happy and celebrated Christmus and New year 2016 with renewed hope.
Unfortunately, the january MRI scan revealed tumors grew massively within a month in bunch in my liver and also spread to peritoneam. Few tumors measured more than 10 cm!!! This news was a havoc on me and my family. Now I am in the hospital for the last three weeks and dealing with severe symptoms of cancer. But I am fighting with the help of my lovely family who is going through so much in every aspect. We need your support to get through this deadly menace of nature in a dignified way. I am so grateful and thankful for your kind support at this difficult time.
