Battle Betty's Blindness!

For so many, repairing cataracts is a relatively easy thing. But not everyone can afford it. It can be an expensive and stressful procedure. In this day and age, no one should have to lose their sight, because they have to make the choice between groceries and surgery. Losing one's sight means they are able to do less and less for themselves, even simple things like cooking and watching a sunset become something the can no longer enjoy. The beauty in life is slowly stolen away until their world becomes shades of murky grey.

Please help us bring color and clarity back for Betty. We're trying to raise money so that she can have cataract surgery, and enjoy the sight of a field of flowers, return to beloved hobbies and return to an independent way of life.

Without this surgery, her world will permanently darken. She'll never again gaze into her dog's loving eyes, never again be moved by the color of a rose and won't be able to thrill to the sight of an eagle flying high.
