Bar's 5 minutes of fame

Barry MacDowell is 45 (don't tell him I told you that!) He has progressive MS and was recently in the Highland Hospice for physiotherapy rehabilitation, while there he was on a strict  regime to help him regain muscle control and to help enable him to stay on his feet. 

The staff, ALL, the staff were absolutely amazing. From the nurses that helped him shower and dress to the amazing chef. They helped him regain self confidence and to believe in himself once more. 

Highland Hearts of Gold combine 4 charities. 

A few months ago Barry was asked if he would like to take part in a catwalk and fundraising evening, with him being the ambassador for The Highland Hospice.

This will take place at The Drummosie Hotel 22nd Feb 2020. You'll be able to see him struct his "stuff on the catwalk, on the catwalk yeah".  (You just sang right said fred!) 

So let's raise some money for this amazing charity and why not buy a ticket for the night and cheer him and the other amazing people taking part in this evening.
