Ballymacrickett Jigs & Reels

As you may be aware, Ballymacrickett Fundraising Committee is continually exploring ways in which we can enhance your child’s experience at our school. Over the years, we have been engaged in running a number of very successful fundraising initiatives which have helped the school to continue to provide an enriched and stimulating environment for your child(ren).
I am one of the organisers of the event and I also teach in the school. As a result of previous fundraising endeavours, the committee has been able to buy new reading schemes, sports equipment, the adventure trail not to mention making funds available for additional class resources. All monies raised will go directly to the school fundraising committee and will in turn be spent on invaluable resources for the school, enhancing your child's education experience. www.ballymacrickettprimaryschool.co.uk
Our next big fundraising event will take place on Saturday 23rd November in St. Clare’s Hall, Glenavy.
Jigs & Reels will see our 16 parent volunteers take to the stage to showcase the fruits of eight weeks’ intensive dance training. This is a not-to-be-missed occasion in the school calendar and we hope you can come along and join us for an evening of great craic.
