Ballor Family

As some of you may be aware, Chris Ballor is in a struggle for HIS life, battling colo/rectal cancer. Chris is my brother, but not only is he my brother, he is a husband, father, friend, son-in-law, uncle and all around great guy. Chris and his wife Kelly (Eberly) Ballor have been fighting since day one. They have two beautiful children Allie and Emeleigh. Allie was born with an incurable and fatal condition (Cystic Fibrosis) for which Chris and Kelly have been fighting for 20 years and WON that battle through numerous surgeries, a stroke and two decades of hospitalizations and treatments . Now this! Chris’ cancer is progressing rapidly and he is now unable to work to support his family consisting of his 2 beautiful daughters and his amazing wife. Chris and Kelly have sacrificed their entire lives to care for their daughters without blinking an eye. Although Chris has worked for decades as a boat mechanic in Dimondale, he did not have medical insurance or benefits including disability insurance. Kelly has been working in the Eaton Rapids Community within the public school district not only to provide medical insurance for her family, but to contribute to the close knit community of Eaton Rapids. In Chris and Kelly’s ‘spare time (which is zero), Kelly has done amazing things within the community like Cinderella’s closet to provide prom dresses for girls who cannot afford to purchase their own. Chris and Kelly are the most selfless people that I know. They have dedicated their lives to helping others not only within their family, but within their community. If there is a friend in need, they are the friend’s in deed. As you can imagine, the medical bills are piling up. I am asking for donations to help this wonderful family through this difficult time.
