Baja Kosher Restaurant in Los Cabos

So, after 8 years of Jewish Community activism in Cabo, we've decided to shake things up a bit. We're going from the mind to the belly!
Don't worry, we'll still be keeping the Synagogue and community services along with the long meditation sessions whilst sitting atop Saguaro Cacti.
But we've officially committed to making history by opening Cabo's first ever Glatt Kosher restaurant right in the heart of Cabo S Lucas, steps from the marina.
Tourists and locals will now be able to enjoy the full Cabo vacation package, enjoying the sun and the beach, while savoring delicious Burgers, Schnitzels, Veggie and Mexican dishes with drinks and all.
The BAJA KOSHER will also include Mexican Judaica, Mitzvahs on the go, a Tefillin stand and souvenirs.
Although the funds collected will pass through Sonia Rodal's US account, they will go directly towards the investment into the Baja Kosher Restaurant. We will share full disclosure with every bit used.
The money that comes in from the restaurant will help support the Chabad Cabo Jewish Center.

So where do you come in?
Well, in order to launch this project, we're going to need to come up with the seed money for the restaurant, $30,000
So we're turning to you, our valued friend and/or supporter and/or random dude who came across this site and isn't quite sure why.
We're asking for you help to be able to cover the costs of renting, building and launching.
Don't worry, we have some awesome rewards to help motivate your giving.
$2500 - We will name a sandwich or drink after you for 2 years ("So, that'll be a double 'Rosen-Burger' and a fries?")
$2000 - We will film a Mexican Mariachi Band playing a thank you song specially for you. ("Gracias Senor Mendel, la cucaracha!!!"
$1500 - We will name one day of the season after you ("Hi, welcome to Baja Kosher on 'Steven Tuesday', can I take your order?") - Every visitor to the restaurant on that day will also receive a card decribing your generosity.
$750 - You will receive a shout-out on the next Rabbi Benny video. You'll also receive a free Baja Kosher t-shirt and cap
$500 - You will receive a free Baja Kosher t-shirt and cap
$250 - You will receive a Baja Kosher Yarlmuka
$100 - You will get 2 free beers with Rabbi Benny on your first visit to the Baja Kosher
$50 - We will send you a handwritten thank you note and a pretzel.
$25 - You'll get a free drink on your first trip to the restaurant.
$18 - You're name will be hand written and photographed somewhere in the restaurant for eternal grateful mention (maybe under the tiles)

And finally, the best news, we have a generous anonymous matcher who has pledged to match dollar for dollar, up to $15,000, that means that we only need you to help us raise half of what we are seeking.
