BAFOL FREE CAMPS & PROGRAMS

Tax deductible
Autism Spectrum Disorders can be turned into possibilities, if you provide the right tools for that individual.

Hi.  My name is Jasmine Booker.  I am the founder of The Booker Autism foundation of Learning, Inc. (BAFOL).  My husband and I started this organization in 2012 to provide assistance to low income families and individuals that may be on the Spectrum of Autism.  We are a small grassroots organization that is a 501(c) 3 Non-profit charitable foundation that is completely ran on a voluntary bases.  Throughout the years, we have been blessed to have some dedicated kind-heart individual professionals and non-professionals to be a part of our organization. Which, over the course of time, allowed us an opportunity to provide as many diversified services as possible.  In doing so, this would be our first year of introducing our BAFOL's PC Lab & Library Program and Art Camp.

Our goal in the community development and inclusion of Autism, would be to enrich the fundamental educational skills of our upcoming children and their children (years to come), and eventually open up a campus for low income children.  One way we wish to do get our name in the community is by providing the basic computer software programs (S.T.E.M), to those that may be on the higher operative level of Autism, in our FREE BAFOL BEARS PC Lab/Library.  Another way we do this, is by providing a FREE BAFOL BEARS Summer Art Camp.  Our program is placed in the undeserved and underprivileged communities that will assist with the educational growth of our programs (Chestnut Street YMCA and California Community Center).  We work with ages eight through seventeen years old. However, while our intentions are meaningful for these FREE programs, our budget, at this time, is depleting. Up until now, most of the expenses have been covered by our own household or from a few volunteer staff members that may have had extra resources to provide, for this much needed cause.  Unfortunately, the campus project (KY), will require a great deal of help.  Way more than what I started this campaign for.

We are appealing to the goodwill of your generosity in assisting us with moving this project forward and providing an opportunity for a total of 20 young boys and girls (PC Lab), to receive the “Gift of Learning.”  Our goal is to raise $20,000 dollars (expenses) for the PC Lab Project to stay on track for our Grand Opening day of August 20, 2018.  And, to also start working on acquiring assistance with the ongoing BAFOL BEARS Art Camp and Art Showcase  in the upcoming years.

Any amount of a donation you are able to provide would greatly be appreciated from the students and our volunteer staff.  Especially, for the children to receive a FREE BAFOL BEARS SUMMER ART CAMP, BAFOL TEEN CAMP, BAFOL PC LAB & LIBRARY)...HAVE A VOICE !

We have a LOT of work to do, in order for us to continue in promoting acceptance and inclusion, but with hard work, determination and faith, anything is possible. It starts with you and I, and together, we can make a difference.

Respectfully,

Rev. Dr. Jasmine L. Booker
