Back Surgery and Medical Bills

Hello everyone, my name is Chris Goss and I have been in Law Enforcement for 17 years and Military Police for 19 years. But recently, while enroute to the Police Department, I experienced a seizure which was triggered by a heart condition called Vascular Syncope. One week later, I had a second seizure while standing up in my driveway, causing me to pass out hitting my head and back on the concrete, very hard. In that fall, I broke my spine from L1 to L5. I've been off for months now, with no job and a mountain of medical bills. After several months of fighting with medical staff on my case, I was finally given a surgery date  for March 14th. That is the birthdate of my late father, Officer Ralph McMoran (North Little Rock PD) who died in the line of duty in 2008. But due to the amount of medical bills coming in and no job at the moment, funding for this surgery is the question. I have been donated a back brace until the surgery. I am a single father who is requesting your assistance with the surgery and the medical bills.  Due to me being out of work right now, It is very hard to get help from anyone. So anything you can give would be most appreciated. My 10 year daughter made me cry by bringing me a dollar out of her own pocket and said, "Daddy I can help you pay for surgery".
