Juliet's Prenatal Care & Birth

I've known Juliet for 15 years (exactly half of my life this year!), and have been witness to her becoming the beautiful person and parent that she is today. She is now growing another little love inside her, and I couldn't be more excited to find out who it is!

I needed to set up this GoFundMe for her because in all the years I've known her, I've never seen her ask for help monitarily. She has always been extrememly self sufficient, but in this moment her little family could use a boost!

In conjunction with helping pay for her midwife, my hope is that with each donation she recieves, she gets a little more confidence, strength, and belief in herself, so that she can arrive at her child's birth day without any fear whatsoever. 

At times she may seem to effortlessly walk her path, but it has not been without its' trials. Having been  offered many lessons, she now has finally arrived into a place where self expression, love, peace, family, and joy are her focus. With this pregnancy, I have seen her truly connect her inner world with her outer. Her focus is that of healing and alignment with her true nature. What a beautiful sight!
 
She and her partner Nate work very hard to provide themselves and their daughter Mellow with a quality life, always striving to be more self sufficient and have a low impact on the planet.

Juliet and Nate work every day of the week, rarely having days off together. He is either out landscaping or waiting tables, while Juliet's teaching yoga or peddling organic food at their local farmer's market. 

While I have the utmost confidence that their new addition will fit perfectly into their lives, I know that they could use some help welcoming thier little bundle. 

Juliet needs a midwife. She and Nate are opting for a homebirth and midwifery care, and if anyone deserves to experience birth in this way, it is them. With her last birth experience less than ideal, she needs our help supporting a more peaceful and loving experience. 
They have already applied within a midwife cooperative for thier sliding scale, ending up with a cost of $2,500. This includes all prenatal visits and home birth. 
Payment is due soon, and any offerings they recieve will be met by sincere gratitude and love. 

Baby is due early January! The lovely parents are waiting to find out gender until baby is born, and Mellow is SO excited to be a big sister! "Baby in da belly", she says, as she rubs the belly every day.
