Baby Jeweliette Faith's Fight

Baby Jeweliette was born on 7/11/2017. She is a Down syndrome baby who at birth was not able to breathe on her own and transported to CHOP where she was evaluated and found to have heart and lung issues. She underwent surgery only hours after being born and is currently on a heart and lung machine fighting for her life. Her medical bills are mounting up and her parents need help to cover these bills for this beautiful little Princess. The helecopter transport alone is a tremendous cost. I put a $25000.00 go fund me but obviously this family will need more than that.
