Baby Dominick G

Baby Dominick was born prematurely on December 10, 2018 weighing in at only 1lb 11oz. Nick and Amanda had dreamed of their first child being born, they longed to be parents and did not expect any complications.  Both Mom and Dad work full time and have health insurance however,  with the extensive care of the NICU ward and the recent development of a staph infection they need the help of family, friends and even caring strangers.  Yesterday, January 1st Dominick was transferred from Doctors Hospital in Modesto to Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera to undergo treatment for the staph infection and to monitor his heart murmur.   Dominick has proven to be a fighter over the past three weeks. It’s imperative that his parents be at his side as much as possible to talk to him, touch him and hold him. Any help would be greatly appreciated for the medical and travel expenses. Thank You.
