Hi, my name is Donald Campbell. I'm 45 and recently have been diagnosed with stage IV cancer. I will be missing time from work for treatments. The medical bills are starting to add up even with medical insurance. However, the medical insurance will run out if I can't keep paying the premiums. Also, I am the sole provider for my family.
