Save Their Home Fund

$25,000 goal

Evergreen Solutions, LLC, does rent to own homes in Utah and Idaho. We help families obtain home ownership.

January 2018, we had a family, were the mother passed away. Her family could lose the home, her husband and her kids will be removed unless we can help them keep the home. Their monthly payment is $1391.00.

Our program is special; we don't allow anyone into our properties if they have a drug or felony in last five years. We help people with credit issues and we will seller finance once they have paid 24 perfect payments.

We have several who are working hard to own their homes and then get sick, lose their jobs, have family member get sick, we have even had a few die.

We want to help these families not lose the home. We want to have a safety net where they can get help with the monthly payment so they don't lose the home.

When a crisis happens, we want to be able to help them make the monthly payment so they don't get evicted.

We have single mothers in homes that need help with rent when kids get sick and they can't work.

We don't want to evict these families and we can help them stay in their homes.

Our goal is to help our families and if we have extra we want to help others in the Ogden Utah area first then anyone else in the USA if we have extra funds.

Funds will be used ONLY for the following:

Current and past house payments.
Current and past rent payments.
Help with utilities, water and garbage to local cities.
Help with heating and power if they get behind.

We evicted two in December, sending one family with a young baby. This breaks our hearts as well as the families.

We want to solve this so when families need help there is a place they can go for help when family and churches can't. We want to help them keep the home.

We currently have 60 homes and we have a few in default now and would appreciate assistance until they can get back to normal.

We will post a new web page and will list the families helped by this fund.

In 2017, in Ogden Utah, a little boy drowned in river while staying at the homeless shelter with his mother. The mother and her family we evicted out of their home. If we had this fund where we could keep the rent paid, pay the power and gas bill, we would not have to evict people in need. I saw her just the other day walking streets, and she stopped on the side of 7-11 at 34th and Washington, with all her belongings. I wanted to help her, but we need a fund we could help her be warm and safe and not living on the streets. And maybe, just maybe her son would still be alive. Never know but you wonder.
