NBN Data on missed appointments

After recently going through the process to have NBN connected at my house, only to have the technician fail to show up in the 4 hour appointment window, I began to wonder just how common this was. In my instance, I was not contacted at all prior to the booking and my ISP could only advise that the NBN system reported the missed appontment was cuased by 'Technician shortfall', aka a lack of installers. 

I have spoken with a number of people in the time since then and have heard the same story many times over. Indeed, my own single no-show seems to pale in comparison to many people who have seen this occur for months on end with multiple appintments not being attended. 

Being a Government Business Enterprise, NBN Co must respond to Freedom of Information requests and so I have submitted a request to them seeking records showing the number of cancelled or postponed appointments over a 1 year period. NBN have responded that in order to fulfill this request, they will require a payment of $462.50
I have decided to go ahead with this request and will, at least initially, self-fund the deposit amount as it is due shortly. Whilst I can (and will) fund the entire amount if need be, it is a large amount of money and I am seeking contributions from like minded people who also have an interest in seeing this data. 

Any documents that are released through this request will be made public once received (Regardless of funding amount received).
