Hello everybody,
I am in my junior year attending Houghton College. I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies. Grants, scholarships, and aid are paying for about 80% of this coming semester, but I am $4,000 short. This amount will be broken up over five payments starting Dec. 14, at $800 each monthly payment.
I cooked for eighteen years and over the past few years I began to become acutely aware of, and interested in, the internal and external dynamics that influence group behavior. As I sought out this interest, confirmation about my gifts came from my employer, my mentor, and my church. I have a desire to grow in my understanding and develop skills in these areas, so to be able to bring those resources into people groups dominated by pain and anxiety.
On campus, I am currently involved in the Psychology Club as its treasurer, as well as, having the honor of being a Chapel Deacon.
